Crime Update for Bramcote and Stapleford

Chris Archer (Police, PCSO 4662, Stapleford (Broxtowe South) writes: There have recently been a number of crimes in the Stapleford and Bramcote areas over the past month:

Between 20/12/2012 and 01/01/2013 there was a burglary at Ullswater Crescent Bramcote, entry was gained by removing patio door from its hinges.
On 21/12/2013 there was a burglary at Thoresby Road Bramcote, entry was gained through a kitchen window which had been left open.
On 23/12/2012 there was a burglary at Grasmere Road Bramcote, entry was gained by removing the rear door from its hinges.
On 30/12/2012 there was a burglary at Tilford Gardens Stapleford, entry was gained through the front door which had been left unlocked.
On 06/01/2013 there was an attempted burglary at Sandy Lane Bramcote, no entry was gained.
On 10/01/2013 there was a burglary at The Chancery Bramcote, entry was gained by smashing the glass in the rear conservatory door. A male has been arrested for this offence and is currently on bail.
On 12/01/2013 there was a burglary on Baulk Lane Stapleford, entry was gained by forcing open the conservatory door at the rear of the premises.

Between 27/12/2012 and 29/12/2012 a van was broken into on Town Street Bramcote, entry was gained by forcing open the door lock.
Between 09/01/2013 and 10/01/2013 a vehicle was broken into on Park Street Bramcote.
Between 09/01/2013 and 10/01/2013 a car was broken into on Town Street Bramcote, entry was gained by smashing the front window.
Between 09/01/2013 and 10/01/2013 a car was entered on Chapel Street Bramcote, entry was gained as the car was left unlocked overnight.
On 12/01/2013 a vehicle was stolen from Russley Road Bramcote.
Between 12/01/2013 and 13/01/2013 two vehicles have been entered on Arnside Stapleford.
Between 12/01/2013 and 13/01/2013 a vehicle has been entered on Sisley Avenue Stapleford.

There have been a number of vehicles which have been damaged on Frederick Road Stapleford, these offences have mainly happened over Friday and Saturday evenings with the most recent being 11/01/2013.

At this time there are a number of enquiries being conducted by the Police in relation to these crimes and those who are committing them.
