  1. “Bobs Rock” will be part of the talk tonight with regards the Three Stones Project, which will be presented to Stapleford Town Council by Frank Earp. Members of the public are allowed to attend council meetings and sit in the public gallery. If your interested in hearing what’s to be said about Bobs Rock then come and have a listen. Arrive around 645pm for a 7pm start.

Personally I think Bobs Rock should be opened up to the public, a visitors attraction right here in Stapleford. People would come from far and wide to visit and this would be good for Stapleford.

Bobs Rock is on private property which belongs to local Farm owners. The land at the front belongs to a seperate family and is currently going through the high court. But it would be great to have a visitors centre, a car park, toilets and a cafe/shop. Local Schools could visit the site, Local Churches could use the area to hold services (if the weather is nice) just as its possible that John Wesley did many years ago.

Its due to my interest with Bobs Rock that I came across Frank Earp and the Three Stones Project, I put him in touch with Stapleford Town Councillor Dave Pearson who has organised the talk tonight.

So please, if you have an interest then try and attend tonight.

Dealings with the Revill family are already precarious regarding this site. Talk of development may jeopardise any goodwill already put forward for the T.S.P.
