The Finance & General Purposes Committee is asked to RESOLVE:
that, under Section 100A of the Local Government Act, 1972, the public and press be excluded from the meeting for the following item (9) of business on the grounds that it involve(s) the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph(s) 1(Information relating to a particular employee of the authority) of Schedule 12A of the Act.
