Service Remembers Loved Ones Lost
Families and friends are invited to the annual Bramcote Crematorium’s Remembrance Service on Sunday 14th April at 2.00pm, as a perfect way to remember loved ones lost.
Led by Civil Celebrant Keith Brown, the service will take place in the Main Chapel and will last about an hour, including readings, prayers along with musical contributions from soloist Sarah Simmonds.
On arrival at the chapel the congregation will be invited to light a candle in memory of their loved ones, whose names will be read out during the act of remembrance. Local Funeral Directors and other service providers will be supporting the crematorium staff on the day.
After the service (weather permitting), balloons will be released from the Crematorium grounds.
This service has become a very popular event and attracts a large attendance.
It is recommended that visitors arrive early to ensure a seat within the Chapel. Children of all ages are most welcome and anyone requiring special assistance is asked to contact the Crematorium Office in advance. Following the service, refreshments will be available in the New Chapel.
