It looks nice. I wouldn’t really know but just wonder about access for probably another 2 dozen cars

I’m quite shocked that I live on this street and this is the first I’ve heard of this proposed development.

I am totally shocked that we have not heard about this before my house is at the back of the units on manor avenue I want total reassurance that no windows on these properties will be overlooking my garden or facing straight into my house having lived there for over forty years with no properties overlooking us.

I can’t believe that the residents of Northwood Street have had no notification of this scheme. I notice that on the drawings they have allowed for 13 properties but only 10 parking spaces. We already have a problem with parking on the street especially at night time when people appear to be using the units until late at night and leaving their vehicles on the street. So where will the people who are going to be living in these mews houses be parking ? I think all the residents on the street should have had a written copy of what is suggested for the units. Not everyone has a computer !

t l am most upset at the fact that northwood street recidents have not been informed of the plans for this development thirteen developments and only 10 parking spaces is not very good northwood street isn’t very big so will not be able to take the overflow of vehicles from these houses for a start the parking is a problem already on the street there needs to be conciltation with the residents first what about while they are being converted all the vehicles coming and going blocking the streets the noise dirt and how are the residents of northwood street and manor avenue going to be protected from all the asbestos that must be in the buildings while its being removed this needs looking into 2years of misery for the residents we as residents need more information most disappointed with the councillors on this

I agree with previous comments. I too live on the street and have only just found out by chance about the proposed plans .I am utterly appauled at the complete lack of official communication on such an important matter.
The plans to build 13 extra houses at the end of the street will cause much stress and upheaval for many residents, especially those closest to the area concerned. Clearly, from the replies so far, questions need to be answered and objections need to be heard.
The authorities, therefore, need to provide an appropriate way for this to be achieved…..and start to treat the residents with a great deal more respect than they have done so far.
