Our qualified, experienced professionals will enable you to have the support and confidence to make an informed choice about you, a loved one or to help you plan ahead.
The relaxed, friendly, informative session is being held on Wed 11th January from 3.00pm-4.30 pm at Stapleford House, Wesley Place, Stapleford, Nottingham NG9 8DP.
Working in partnership with Metropolitan Connect Service , Amanda Siddle from Tomorrows Together Consultancy (CIC) and Claudine Jackson from Just Wills and Legal Services will be leading the session.
The session is free for the local community , carers, people living with dementia and the voluntary sector .
There is a small charge of £15 per person for professionals.
