Awsworth, Babbington and Cossall Youth Club invited Richard MacRae over to teach some of the members how to perform CPR earlier this evening.
Having great fun and learning a life saving skill at this evenings session.
All being well another session will take place to teach more of the children who use the Awsworth, Babbington and Cossall Youth Club at a future event.

Job Detail……Permanent,part-time position to cover for the absence of our current House Keeper’s days off & holidays.
This will mean working 2 week-days one week (Tuesday & Wednesday) and 3 days the second week including the weekend,(Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday) with overtime to cover holiday periods when required.
Daily hours 8am to 5.00 pm exception of Sunday, 9.30-4.30 pm.
Hence, minimum hours 17 in week 1, 23.5 in week 2.
Minimum wage applicable and 6 months probation period is applied.
Who can maintain high standards through agreeing a set rota of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Tasks to include these key areas;
a. Cleaning of Public & Staff Toilets, Sinks & Floors, regular hourly Toilet Cleaning/Roll replacement and hourly Cleaning checks through out the day.
b. Garden Centre & Digg Café & Staffroom and Office floors hovering/cleaning.
c. Removal of heavy rubbish bins/bottle bins from the Café during the day and rubbish from shop floor, warehouse, and office so all clear by end of day.
d. Clearance of Cardboard away from working areas throughout the day, so clear by end of day.
e. Digg Café Window Cleaning & Ceiling Cob-Webb checks.
3. To support the Digg Café Pot wash over busy periods when applicable.
4. To generally assist the team if and when needed with any ‘housekeeping ‘ requirement, eg.customer been sick suddenly, a dog left a ‘present’ ect.

Members of St Helen’s Church and Stapleford Community Group are organising a Litter Pick around the Estate off Montrose Court.
Taking place on Saturday 18th February from 3 pm until 4 pm.
Litter Pickers and Bags will be supplied as well as High Viz Vests.
There will also be Chocolate Biscuits available for all volunteers.
