Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour In Stapleford
A meeting took place at St Helen’s Church Hall in Stapleford earlier this evening to talk about Anti-Social Behaviour in parts of Stapleford.
The meeting was organised by Stapleford Councillor Richard MacRae who had been asked by residents to help them with concerns they wanted to raise with the Police.
Stapleford South West Councillor Ray Darby also attended the meeting and the two Stapleford Councillors were joined by members from the South Broxtowe Police and Police and Crime Commissioner Paddy Tipping.
We would also like to thank the representative from Stapleford Town Football Club who also attended the meeting as they are doing amazing work with the youngsters in Stapleford.
Lots of concerns were raised by residnets from two Streets in Stapleford who had been invited to the meeting after suffering the effects of Anti-social Behaviour where they live.
The Councillors and Police have agreed to work closely with these residents and a further meeting will be organised in several months time to follow up and see what actions have been taken.
We have already posted an article with information on Anti-social Behaviour which you can read by Clicking Here.
Thank you to all those who attended tonight.
