We need you to be a mystery customer.
So that we can continually improve our service delivery and customer experience we have a team of mystery customers that regularly ride on our buses and report back on their experience with us.
We are currently looking to recruit a brand new team of mystery customers who represent the wide range of people that travel with us. If you have an eye for detail and an idea on what it takes to deliver good customer service then we want to hear from you.
You’ll be asked to travel at various times of day including evenings and weekends, but part time and flexible working arrangements will be on offer. Our new mystery customers will be paid an hourly rate and free travel will be available across trentbarton land.
