Stapleford Community Group Fit4fun.
Tuesday 13th and Wednesday 14th August at the Montrose Court Community Centre.
15 local kids spent 2 days learning about healthy eating and cooking and taking part in sports including rugby and football as well ss making smoothies.
Tuesday saw the group making pizza muffins as well as learning about rugby.
Wednesdsy saw the group making meatballs and pasta as well as learning about football.
Both days included quizes about healthy eating as well as preparing there own meals as well as using special bikes to make smothies.

Decathlon Sports who kindly supplied tshirts and water bottles.
Broxtowe Borough Councils Sport department for organising the funding.
Stapleford Health Centre Nutrition Department for organising the cooking.
