Urgent Stapleford Food Bank Donations Required.

Your kind donations are urgently required.


Starting from Monday 2nd December at Coffee City, located inside the Stapleford Health Centre there will be a collection point where you can make kind donations.

Stapleford Community Group have organised this drop off point and all donations will be taken to The Meeting Place who run a Food Bank in Stapleford.

Our Chairman Richard MacRae says

“It’s really important to help those who use Food Banks and what better way than organising a local collection point”

“Please help feed local people in crisis by buying items from our list and donating them to the foodbank”

Milk (UHT or powdered)
Sugar (500g)
Fruit juice (carton)
Pasta sauces
Sponge pudding (tinned)
Tomatoes (tinned)
Rice pudding (tinned)
Tea Bags/instant coffee Instant mash potato
Tinned meat/fish
Tinned fruit
Jam Biscuits or snack bars

The Meeting Place foodbank provides a minimum of three days non-perishable emergency food to local people in crisis.

All food given out is donated by the local community.

The Meeting Place work in partnership with frontline care professionals to identify people in need.
