Resident Involvement Consultation – Let your Housing Department know your views

8th September 2014 Broxtowe Borough Council, Help & Advice Tags: , 0 Comments

Dear Resident,

As you may be aware the Housing Department is carrying out a consultation to seek your views on and awareness of resident involvement.  The responses to this consultation will help us further develop how we involve residents and inform the review of our Resident Involvement Strategy.

The Resident Involvement Strategy sets out the agreement between the Council and residents as to how we will involve you with the Housing Services you receive.  It seeks to place residents at the heart of decision making in respect of shaping the provision of the Council’s housing service.

The aim of the review is to look at the way we currently involve residents and identify where further improvements can be made, to ensure as many residents as possible are able to be involved in a way that suits their circumstances and level of time they are able to commit.

There is still time for your views to be taken into account and to help inform the review we are asking residents to complete a short online questionnaire

The consultation period is open until 31stOctober 2014.  Please note that if you have already completed these questions you do not need to complete them again.

If you have any questions relating to this consultation, please contact me on 0115 917 3616 or
