The Print Project, based in Bramcote, [ they meet in Bramcote Memorial Hall about 8 times a year usually on Saturday Afternoon ] with members from Derbyshire, Lincolnshire as well as Nottinghamshire, will showcase their latest work in the Rainbow Gallery at the D.H. Lawrence Heritage Centre on Mansfield Road between Friday 9th January until Sunday 15th February 2015.
Some of the pieces which will be exhibited include prints with subjects as diverse as portraits, images of Nottingham, Spanish and U.K. landscapes including some using long exposure techniques.
The group, formed in 1999, meet to discuss and critique each other’s work. They also collaborate on presenting their work in public exhibition. There have been several membership changes within the group recently and this has brought a new dynamic to the work being exhibited.
The exhibition will open from 10.00am until 4.00pm, Tuesday to Sunday. Admission is £2.90 per person or free to D.H. Lawrence Heritage Annual Members.
D.H. Lawrence Heritage Annual Membership offers unlimited access to D.H. Lawrence Heritage along with discounts on selected events and retail items for just £10.00 per year for adults and £7.50 per year for concessions.
