How Is Your Local Park Performing?
The questionnaire is available online on the Broxtowe Borough Council website and is quick and easy to fill in, using a series of drop down boxes and point and click answers on issues like cleanliness, dog fouling, access, grass cutting, play facilities and more.
In 2014 the Council introduced the new Broxtowe Parks Standard for all its major parks and open spaces following extensive consultation. The Council now wants to hear from as many residents and users about how things have changed at a selection of local parks and open spaces over the past two years to help inform future work priorities.
Leader of Broxtowe Borough Council and Portfolio Holder for Environment and Economic Development, Councillor Richard Jackson said:
The Council is always looking for new ways to make improvements and the views of our residents and regular users of the park are incredibly valuable in helping us to ensure that we continue to provide quality parks and open spaces for the local community to enjoy.
The questionnaire will run on the Council’s website until 30th November.
