Smart Meter Co-ordinator

18.5 hours per week

Salary: £ 18,500 pa pro rata

Fixed term :  August 2016 to 31 December 2016

 

Broxtowe Citizens Advice have received short term funding to assist with information giving regarding the rollout of smart meters.  The work will be completed across the whole of Broxtowe and will involve talking to clients and partner agencies to help spread the word about smart meters.  This role will involve running events and using your initiative to reach as many people as possible.

You will also need to demonstrate :

·     The ability to communicate effectively and sensitively with clients and our partner agencies

·     Excellent communication and effective negotiating skills

·     Good written and numerical skills

·     Effective IT skills and the ability to use a variety of standard packages

·     Ability to meet targets as an individual and as part of a team

·     An organised and flexible approach to work and working hours

·     Organising public events and presentations skills desirable

·     Ability to work on own initiative and generate own ideas in order to hit the target given.

·     Ability to work in various locations (own transport essential)
