22nd October 2018 Councillor Richard MacRae, Local Businesses, Stapleford Community Group, Stapleford Town Council Tags: , 1 Comment

Earlier today the Pettion to Save Lloyds Bank was handed in.

Stapleford Councillors David Grindell, Richard MacRae and Dave Pearson handed in the Petition with 1927 names which had been collected.

We would like to thank all the people who signed the Petiton, all the Businesses who had the Petition for customers to sign and all the Councillors who have spent many hours on the High Street not only collecting names but also talking to people about the closure of Bank.

We hope to hear back from Lloyds Bank asap regards the Park on and were told it could take up to eight weeks.

A letter from Stapleford Town Council was also handed in following debate on Friday at the Town Council meeting.
