Bus operator CT4N has announced how it’s service eighteen will operate over the Christmas holiday period as well as a special ticket offer.

The service linking Stapleford, Bramcote, Beeston, Rylands, QMC and
Nottingham will operate a normal Monday timetable on Christmas Eve and then no buses will operate on Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

A Saturday timetablewill operate on 27th, 28th, 29th and 31st December with buses from every 30 minutes.

There will be no buses operating on New Year’s Day, with a normal timetable resuming on 2nd January.

The company has also announced a special ticket offer to encourage families and groups to use the service during the holiday period.

The now popular £5 group ticket, usually available on Saturdays for up to 2 adults plus up to 3 under 19s, will also be on sale from the driver on weekdays between 24th December and 4th January.

CT4N Managing Director, Ian Combellack, said: “We’ve been thrilled with the number of customers using the eighteen since we launched in October and have received great feedback about the £5 Saturday group ticket.

We really hope that by making the ticket available throughout the holiday period, families will use the eighteen to get out and about.”
