Christmas Eve Surplus Food Donations.

There is going to be a lot of Surplus Food Donations Available tomorrow so please find approximate times and locations listed below. Please help spread the word to make more people aware.

The first collection is from Lidl in Sandiacre between 10am and 1030am and will then be taken to the Church@MontroseCourt, Unit 4, Montrose Court off Melbourne Road Stapleford.

There will be a second collection from Lidl in the late afternoon and also a collection from Aldi at 530pm which will be available from 7pm from Sparkle Day Care, Church Street Stapleford.

Thanks to Sandicliffe Transit Nottingham who have kindly agreed to lend us a Van once again.

If anyone is able to help load the Van up please be at Lidl in Sandiacre for 10am or at Aldi in Long Eaton for 530pm.

Volunteers wanting to help unload at 630pm at Sparkle Day Care in the evening please get in touch asap.

    This is a huge amount of food. I;ve just seen the film. Did you find homes for all of it ? Did or does any of it go to ‘street sleepers and other needy people? Who or what does one have to be to turn up and fetch some? I had no idea there was so much otherwise going to waste.

      It is always available for anyone to take as they see fit. Nothing goes to waste as anything not taken then goes to various animal sanctuaries.
