Another Successful Life Style Event Organised At Montrose Court As Part Of The #StaplefordFoodProject

29th May 2019 Councillor Richard MacRae, Help & Advice, Local Businesses, Stapleford Community Group, Surplus Food Donations, Upcoming Events Tags: , , , , , , , , , , 0 Comments

Thanks to Vapouround for bringing the Bus to Montrose Court today to support the #StaplefordFoodProject

Thank you to Logic Vapes who supplied the Vape kits that were given out today.

40 starter kits ( which can be purchased here for £10) were given out today as well as lots of help and advice.

As well as the Vape Kits there was also surplus food available which had been kindly donated by Tesco in Toton, Lidl and The Coop in Sandiacre and Aldi in Strelley.

To get a free Vape Starter Kit residents had to hand over cigarettes or tobacco in exchange for the kits.

Smokefreelife Nottinghamshire also spoke to people about quitting smoking and offered help, advice and support. They will also be at The Hemlock Happening next month.

Thanks to Councillor Richard MacRae for organising today’s event, he is now working on the next event with the Vape Bus which will take place in Stapleford in August at another location. Details will be posted once finalised.

Thank you everyone who came along today and took part in the #LifeStyleEvent as part of the #StaplefordFoodProject
